I had a first experience of Myofascial release today. It was a really incredible experience. Matthew really listened to the pain I was experiencing and advised a different treatment to the one I had booked. He is gifted with energy healing through the body and I will definitely be returning. I’ve already recommended him to family members and would highly recommend to anyone with chronic pain who need something that works.

My first visit to Mathew @ Regain in October.
The venue and treatment room are first class, great consult with Mathew who understands pain but also explains the treatment regimen very well. I felt at ease and much lighter in myself after the treatment. I would recommend anyone to Regain who needs a professional therapist that gives real results.
