I was a little early but welcomed in straight away by Jez. He took a very thorough history of my complaint. The treatment room was lovely, spacious and warm and smelled gorgeous. The treatment itself was gentle and non - invasive which I was really surprised at as I was expecting it to be painful. Although I did not fall asleep during it I could see how other people might do so. Jez was professional, courteous and very welcoming. He explained exactly what the fascia is and how it works and how the treatment releases it to improve mobility and to relieve pain. I had the best night's sleep afterwards and my pain was virtually gone through the next day. I thoroughly recommend this therapy and this clinic.

Booked 30 min deep tissue but was offered neck & shoulder 60 min treatment as couldn’t book on Treatwell. Treatment was very effective, following day range of neck movement almost back to normal, will definitely attend again.
