This has been an excellent treatment that has given me relief from ongoing shoulder and neck pain. It is a refreshing approach which addressed the cause of pain for a long term solution rather than a quick fix. I would recommend as an alternative to massage or physio

Mathew is a mighty fine practitioner of his craft. Always prompt and accommodating, he has a thorough and holistic view of the MSK world. He is personable and professional with the ability to listen carefully to your medical history.
The treatment is mostly subtle, relaxing and gentle. This surprised me as I expected more manipulation of a chiro kind! There is no miracle cure for bad backs and dodgy joints, but any pain relief, freedom from tightness, and improved mobility can only be a good thing.
Nice enough location in Horsforth with off-street parking and the room is clean and spacious - although you may get a little distracted lying on the treatment table listening to womanly tales of holidays and fingernails in the adjoining treatment rooms. Mat will turn Classic FM up to drown it out!
