A very good experience. Mathew was extremely professional and although my pain level had reduced before my appointment I still experienced considerable relief from my discomfort after the treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Math'ew again if my symptoms return.

I understand the science behind this treatment, I could have just done with more hands on treatment as I didn't feel a difference after 1 session and it's quite expensive but can see how it would work after 2 or 3. We spent quite a lot of the session talking about my ailments and what he was going to do.

I really enjoyed my massage with Matthew and will definitely be returning I felt great and much looser after it.
A great massage technique perfect for those with prolonged pain. This therapy targets built-up tension in the muscles and it relieves pain like no other massage technique, ensuring that the pain doesn't return as well as removing it in the short-term. Furthermore, you will be given exercises to do at home and a postural assessment will be carried out, to further ensure that you don't experience the pain again as a part of your daily life. A great little gem in Horsforth.
