Having had back pain for 20+ years and no other treatment seemed to help me out, I was recommended to go to Regain Pain Management. Having had 3 sessions for myofascial release the muscle was released with deep tissue massage resulting in reduced pain and greater range of motion.
I booked an appointment because I was suffering with back pain not really knowing what to expect with this treatment. Everything was fully explained to be at every stage and the treatment itself has worked a treat. I'm very pleased and have recommended it to several of my friends.
