Great nail salon, wouldn't go anywhere else

Sadly I won’t be returning to this salon. Every appointment is always late for 20 mins. Today, I booked an appointment for 10:45am to be told Ian will be 15-20 mins late after I was already waiting nearly 10 mins. I had to ask if Ian was going to be any longer, unfortunately the young gentleman taking care of an another client couldn’t tell me when Ian was going to show. 1 hour and 10 mins later I finally sat down for my appointment. Ian is a very good nail tech but his time keeping is awful.
