I arrived to an empty salon and was told that my nail tech Katherine “just didn’t show up”. I asked if she was coming later and was told no, I’d need to see if another tech could squeeze me in.
Someone did, but I was given a terrible quality, painful treatment with FILTHY equipment. I was left bleeding and fearing infection, and my nails look awful. To make matters worse, I was told at the end to pay EXTRA on top of what I’d pre-paid in full, despite having the exact treatment I’d booked. Avoid
