I always come here to get my nails done so I was really disappointed when I booked in to arrive and there was just one lady working there who was not aware of my appointment and when I said I had prepaid on treatwell she said she was too busy to do my nails. I asked what I should do as I have already paid to which she kept saying ‘I don’t know’. No offer of a refund and then walked away as I stood there. I sent an email over a week ago to the email provided on treatwell to no response or refund

Turned up for appointment, no one was there, waited over ten mins no one came, so went to another mail bar. Disappointing.

Pedicure was good but there could have been better attention to detail when filing and painting. However overall it was good & fast service
