Mannu gave me a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and I had a lovely experience from start to finish. She was really thorough with the pedicure so I left with my feet looking and feeling great.

Worst wax I’ve ever had. A new wax was used which I'd never had before, without my consent. It didn’t come off well (the therapist said it was taking longer to dry, even after 5 mins). It broke when pulled which was incredibly painful and she had to pick it off in bits. I was yelling so much that I told her to stop, I would cut the wax off myself. I was ready to leave with the wax still on me, it was that bad. She layered hot wax on top to remove. A 15 min appointment took 35 mins as a result.
