Very mixed feelings after the treatments. The therapist was nice and the treatments were decent but the table was so uncomfortable it was hard to focus on anything else.
I bent my legs, asked for something to lift them up (got a folded blanket), my back was in spasms. I complaint that I’m very uncomfortable and tried to help myself by putting fists underneath my back but nothing helped and I was offered no help.
It’s a bit sad really - it was a birthday gift for myself.
