I have used this salon for years and always been pleased but was really disappointed with this Hollywood wax. She used hot wax over the whole area twice but hardly any hair was removed. She suggested that my hair must be particularly tough but I have been having waxes for over ten years and this has never happened before. She then had to go over the whole area with strip wax which left my skin really irritated. I had large areas of bruising and my skin remained red and inflamed for two days.
