Shanaj was really lovely, friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend. The entire appointment (walking in, wax, walking out) took 30 minutes at most and Shanaj did a great job.

The space is lovely and the team are very friendly. However, my beauty therapist struggled with the waxing process — I got the sense she wasn’t as used to waxing others as herself. It was my first time there; I would go back but perhaps to a different therapist.
