I normally really like Regency and my shellac nails always look great but unfortunately this time, I had a negative experience with my manicurist. She kept pushing and nipping my cuticles so hard that one of my fingernails started bleeding quite a lot. She first put on some disinfectant but when the nail kept bleeding, to my horror, she applied an acetone to it which really hurt! She was sweet and apologised so I do not want to be rude or negative but such a treatment is really not acceptable for a £35 manicure. Unfortunately I do not remember the manicurist's name so I won't be able to avoid booking with her next time.
