I was So disappointed..
It was not my 3rd time to visite there and
It Getting worse...
Some of staff are friendly but
Some of them are literally not ...
They don't care even you enter the shop or whatever.
And when a steff removed my cuticles
I got blood on my nails.. .(Remember,Gel nail not including removing cuticles,you have to pay 10quids more,)
Then now,my finger looks so ugly with that treatment.
Some staff need more practice .
