Really disappointing given other people seemed to have such a positive experience here!
Booked what I thought was an express mani, but when I turned up it was only a shape and polish. I was really unimpressed to see that in the window they advertise that for £11 when on Treatwell I paid £15.
Even more disappointing when the lady doing my nails told me to wait for them to dry, then she'd come back to put some oil on them. I hung around for over 30 mins before giving up and leaving. She never came back.
