Despite telling the lady to keep my eyebrows thick the lady literally halved the size of my eyebrows. I had been before and even told her then that I would like them thick. Not only were my eyebrows different shapes, after the lady was done I had cuts all over my brows and they were sore for more than a day. This is something I would expect at indian shops on Ilford lane where they charge a quarter of the price! Definitely not worth £9.
Eyebrow Threading
I had a massage which was average in comparison to a wide range of places I've been to. There wasn't enough pressure applied. But what really annoyed me is the staff approach. First of all, massage was meant to be half an hour and they rushed me in 20 minutes. They called me 3 times on the phone prior to my booking to get £10 deposit payment for the appointment ( I have never seen a clinic where you had to pay in advance and so much chasing done by the staff). My appointment was meant to be at 2:30 and they called me exactly 2:30 on the dot without an extra second as I was almost approaching their doorstep. I have never seen so much phone harassment from a company in my life which left a bad impression. Poor customer experience.
