I always enjoy my treatments, what lets the salon down is being told every time to book directly and not through Wahanda. Wahanda is a great app for me, very quick and easy, I found Regency on Wahanda so if it wasn't for Wahanda they wouldn't have my custom. The is time I was told I couldn't have my loyalty stamps on my card because I'd booked through Wahanda, even though I'd had 4 treatments this time and spent a fair amount. I also have a sunbed course with them, so clearly I'm rather loyal to Regency. I ended up having a rather awkward conversation with the lady on reception where I simply said 'you shouldn't sign hop to Wahanda if you don't want people booking through Wahanda'. I was told they have to pay a commission to Wahanda so they prefer not to. Not my problem I'm afraid. Twice I've been now the credit card machine has been broken so everyone is made to go to the cash point which is inconvenient. Booking through Wahanda cut all that out as I always paid on the app. Such a shame as I really do like the salon.
Sadly the therapist for threading had gone home sick but they called up to offer me waxing or to reschedule. Due to time constraits I opted for wax. Lovely staff and good treatment-I would have appreciated being compensated for he price difference as I am a regular customer but only a small detail. I am a big fan and will be returning
