Very clean and calm salon. Lady doing my waxing made me feel comfortable and at ease. Room was nice and clean and had baby wipes in too, adding to the overall experience. Wax was not too hot, didn't hurt at all, and she did a very thorough job. Always find it a bit awkward, but did not find it awkward here at all. The lady even gave me a loyalty card as i left which was nice! Will definitely be going here more regularly now. Located just outside of Stratford Westfield too, so is conveniant to get to.
