Really professional but above all - quick! As a bit of a wimp I was really pleased it was all over in 15 minutes! I will be going back.
Not that great of a colour selection for regular nail polish. A wide range of pink and red variations if that's what you're after. We used a polish that clearly isn't used very often as one of the top coats. The manicurist didn't even know how that polish would look when it came out. It was quite a tacky polish in the end... Pedicure was decent, nice massage chairs. But there are only 2, so don't try to book in for several friends. Polish on fingernails have nearly fully chipped away after one day. Not sure I'll return here again

The Regency London Salon is very conveniently located in the Olympic Village. The staff are really friendly staff and I was very happy with my wax. Would definitely go back!

This is a beautiful place and local to where I live. I've had pretty bad waxing experiences in the past so I was feeling a bit nervous but it was the best experience I've had so far! I had a bikini, full leg, arm and underarm wax. My therapist was quick and thorough and made me comfortable enough to mention when there was an area that had been missed. My only issue is the way that the door to the room opens up... not much privacy, maybe they can invest in a folding scene to maintain the dignity of the customer. Aside from that, great results... I'll be back.

I had manicure and pedicure done with two different ladies. The manicure was badly done and took ages for such a bad result! The pedicure was perfect, and I was very satiesfied. The shop is new and spotless, very quiet and relaxing. The staff is very kind and the offered me some refreshments as well. I don't think I'll come back for a manicure again.
