Hollywood Waxing
This salon looks so good, like it came out of a magazine. But don't let the looks deceive you. I had a hollywood waxing there,which as u know it should take 20 min, It took me 1h and 10min. The blonde lady that did it had no idea how to wax, i even had to ask her how long had she been working there for. First off, she had to go out and get a different wax cause it wasn't hot enough 2 min after we started. Then when i was naked on the table a lady knocks on the door and she just opens the door and sits in the doorway to talk to her. she could just step our or at least if the table was facing the other way, like this it made me feel really uncomfortable. The salon had only been opened a few month, but she said she was in the business for 5y. She did not even know which was to pull the wax off!!! For a Hollywood waxing u put smaller strips of wax than when u do legs, and each strip is supposed to be pulled off in a way. There is a portion where u are supposed to pull down. To my pain she tried to pull upwards, but of course it doesn't work. i told her it's supposed to be pulled down and she said no i am wrong. I actually considered telling her to stop what she is doing and let me go home. absolutely terrifying. the only reason i didn't leave was because i was going abroad the next day and had not time for another appointment. as a person she was nice, but her skills were the worst i have seen in my 10y getting waxes. And at the end she still left plenty of hair which were 10mm long. i mean clearly sth is wrong there! i would understand hairs that are short can be left behind, but not like this. Such a horrible experience! i will never to go back there.

The place is really nice and clean, but the welcome part from the staff and their approach of making the customer to feel comfortable was not satisfactory. As a complimentary of the salon, the drinks should be provided, but none of the staff asked me about it.
From my point of view the prices are too exorbitant.
The manicure and pedicure was done quite good, but I think for their high prices the staff should spend more time for the treatment.

I had two week shellec manicure at this salon. It was spot on and the colour was stay on my nails for more than two week. I am really impress!
Gel Nails Manicure
The salon was clean, the staff were lovely, and my wax was quick and easy. I would recommend this salon for waxing.
