I love going to Regency! The staff are lovely, the salon is clean and the friendly staff always do a great job. Regency is quite expensive. If you're going for a one off treatment then it's not a problem, but for people like me who get manis, pedis, brow shaping and waxes regularly it's really easy to rack up quite an extensive bill here. They do offer a loyalty card but you get one card per treatment (which is odd) so it takes quite a while to actually benefit from it. :)

Really good treatment and therapist however not as relaxing as it could be as the room was very noisy. You can hear the busy salon outside so hard to switch off and relax.

Second time I'd been. Went back because was really impressed the first time. Clean, bright, airy space, good thorough wax. The wax was great this time, but was a little rough on my intimate areas and pulling and ripping on bits that I feel shouldn't come into contact with the wax. Saying that though, waxer was friendly and efficient and I came away with no missed bits on my legs and was pleased with that. I feel like more care is needed when waxing people's intimate areas though. Perhaps disposable knickers so people can protect their very sensitive parts from coming into contact with the wax?
