I was late as it is NOT a 2 minute walk from Westfield. And whilst I had called them, to say I was getting there, they were fine about that. Wish I had known there was parking near the salon as I would have taken my car. Very clean salon. Will def go again.

i ran slightly late for appointment but the staff were still polite and professional, the waxing was quick but couldn't fault it, almost painfree, will be going back.
