I had a hollywood wax, was quick, pain free and thorough. The only reason I rated it 4/5 and not 5/5 is because it was really hot that day and the salon doesn't have air conditioning or a fan so the salon was like a sauna, when you are having an intimate wax it isn't comfortable or pleasant for yourself or the therapist to be overheating.

This was my first visit to the salon and I was really impressed. It had a really nice feel and the girls were lovely. I felt a little bit more time could have been spent on my file and polish as they didn't get the shape quite right but overall I was pleased. Eyebrow threading was quick and painless and I was left with a lovely shape. Will be back!
