The hot wax wasn't ready so she began using strip wax on me which was incredibly painful.
End result was not bad. Clean salon. Friendly staff.

Great little salon, they were very accommodating of my requests and ended up having 3 great treatments instead of one. Shellac nails and spray tan looking great for my holiday!

It was great, I got there early and the beautician saw me straight away. I really like Regency, it's so convenient for me, reasonably priced and it smells so nice in there! My only negatives are that it was a hot wax yet she used quite a few strips and she kept applying the same strip on the same area over and over which then bruised me. But it was still very good and the bruise has gone. I will definitely go back.
