This was my first time having waxing at Regis Salon, Browns. I had to wait probably 10-15 mins for my appointment but the service was really good, fast and efficient. The lady doing the treatment was friendly and put me at ease straight away. The treatment room was very warm (it was a hot day) and I think that air con would have benefited us both! But I was happy and will go back.

First time I have been to Browns and Jana was lovely and welcoming and I am very pleased with the result. A little disappointed as no clear instruction as to where salon is located and got mixed answers when asked for help.
