Made a reservation before visiting the salon, but had to wait long since the lady named Laura dealt with another customer who came in for a drop-in session.
Laura's overall performance was disappointing. She didn't do her job thoroughly. She was playing around, making up excuses and taking up her time. Laura seemed to have no work ethic. She was irresponsible and ineffective.
Was very disappointed with this place as I was expecting more from a top-notch hair salon brand.
Will not consider going there again unless Laura is replaced.
