Had a 10 minute conditioning treatment with head massage, massage was amazing 1st time I've actually felt relaxed in ages and as an added bonus hair has felt really soft and silky for days afterwards.

Horrendous, so heat spray , even though requested . Started to do my own hair until somebody stepped in . I could hear my hair snapping , went to the air dressers as a treat and was anything but
