Regis Hairdressers’s was perfect, clean, tidy and my hair cut was good. My problem was with the woman who was NOT Ruth. I was greeted by a woman who proceeded to tell me that she was cutting my hair and not Ruth. I did not get her name nor do I know her position in Regis. Though she was polite her attitude and demeanour did not match. I will not be going back.
