Jess did an amazing job with my auburn balayage 😍😍 she's a very talented stylist! All staff at the salon were really nice and pleasant.

I arrived for my appointment to be told that as o already had nail varnish on they did not have time to do my nails before they closed. I pointed out I had made an hours drive and prepaid. They shrugged their shoulders and said I would need to take it up with treat well. That it wasn’t their responsibility. So I paid 25 pounds and was turned away. Appalling. Do not use this service.
