Ruth listened to what i said needed done. She washed my hair well. I find a lot of hairdressers always manage to pull your hair and not gentle while washing it but Ruth did this well. The haircut was as expected. Quite happy with the result. No problems

Booked appointment and then canceled when en route. Because they chose someone who was spending more money. Tried to blame Treatwell as its not linked to their booing system. Complained to HO, area manager called me to book straight back in. Not good for a big company
