Hairdresser Ruth was great, but the actual place was very tired and scruffy. I used to come here 10+ years ago and assumed it would have been updated in that time. The prices are not cheap but the surroundings do not reflect this. Also they use paper napkins instead of towels now which is weird and again feels cheap. Going to a salon should feel like a treat - a luxury, but this did not. Such a shame as the rest of Fenwick is to such a high standard.

Nichola always understands how I like my hair styled - even when I don’t know myself! I always leave the salon with a great haircut after enjoying a good chat. Styling at home is always easy until the next appointment weeks later.
Fenwicks Regis Salon is always spotless with a large range of hair products to purchase. I always look forward to visiting the salon and cannot recommend Nichola enough.
