Are we allowed to use this service as a regular customer? I was told to phone in future. Because a higher paying customer would take priority over that appointment rather than booking through Treatwell. I felt so guilty and felt like I had cheated my hairdresser out of cash as it was 50% cheaper than normal. I was asked to book over the phone in future and ignore Treatwell though it saved me money. I didn’t want to upset my hairdresser but I obviously did.
