My roots were orange not blond, I had to go somewhere else and pay to have my hair fixed as I couldn't go around with ginger orange roots
Had a great experience here! Polly was amazing! I'd had a DIY haircut fail and she fixed it perfectly, and gave me the cut I was looking for! Will definitely come back :)

Charged £8.50 extra for a treatment, which she mentioned no price for when offering and sounded as if though it was part of what I had already paid for. Very rough when brushing and drying my hair. Lovely conversation just not a great hairdressers environment.
