I was 4 minutes late to my appointment, they made me wait then said I was 10 minutes late, they didn't have enough time and I also couldn't get my money back. So unprofessional

Paulo was friendly and professional. He listened to how I wanted my hair and then did it. I was very happy with my final style and appreciated his care and attention overall. Very competitive pricing too. All in all - definitely recommend.
