I usually don’t like to try new salons due to past experiences so had mixed feelings going in but all the staff were super friendly and welcoming! Paolo did an amazing cut & style on my hair which isn’t the easiest hair to do! He took his time & care which I appreciate and I actually left a salon liking how my hair looked for once! Will definitely be going booking in again and would definitely recommend others to try :) thank you

This particular lady brushed my hair very roughly and caused alot of breakage. Only realised when I got home. Lost more hair than anticipated. Got pocked in the eye too, a little careless.
