Donna was professional & friendly on our 1st meeting. She cut my shoulder length hair into a neater bob which I am very pleased with. Her approach put me at ease & I instantly knew I was in very capable hands as she expertly lifted her scissors.

Excellent experience overall however, this is the second time I have booked with them through Treatwell but the bookings don’t go through properly so best to call after booking to confirm

Not at all an enjoyable experience. Understaffed, unprofessional and dirty. I will not be returning.
Below acceptable hair wash, brushes were full of hair and staff member complained about her job/family the whole time. Put me right in the mood for my night out... not!
