Corinne was excellent - really friendly and attentive. Listened to my goals and also gave great advice. I didn’t feel rushed at all, despite being towards the end of the day. I’m really pleased with my cut and can’t recommend her enough! ☺️ Thank you!
I had an appointment here on Fri 01/07, because I work, I booked the latest possible appointment (17:15). I arrived 30 mins early as I know that the last appointment on a Friday can be a pain. I was berated by the hairdresser when I arrived because they’d tried to call me to cancel the booking because they don’t take bookings that late. I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She did go ahead with the appointment, but when it came to paying another staff member did the same.
Amazing treatment loved the whole experience Sitara was lovely can’t wait to see her again :) 10/10
Stephanie was very friendly and experienced. I really trusted her with my hair.
