Kate was wonderful and was professional and easy to talk to. She listened to me and made my hair beautiful. Unfortunately when I went to pay I was charged an additional £15 for having long hair, even though I had paid through Treatwell. They said this was under the “terms and conditions” but was nothing that I could see…
