Arrived at 9:30 when my appointment was due to start but no one turned up until around 9:50 - no apology given and handled without professionalism. That being said, the lady who did my hair was lovely and my highlights are beautiful. I was brought lots of cups of tea and they even squeezed me in to get my eyebrows done. Overall i would come back again but perhaps they should focus more on first impressions and customer service because they are lovely staff who are more than capable of 5* service

Lovely little salon, really friendly staff looked after me and sorted my hair after a different salon made a mess. Highly recommend and will return, special thanks to Robyn.

Great staff, great place, great service and had a good giggle...plus a stone's throw from home...perfect! would definitely recommend...can't fault my first experience of the place at all...thank you! 😊
