The lady who did my hair was very kind but I wouldn’t come back to this salon and it’s not her fault! The salon had double booked 3 girls in at once. Due to this whilst my tint was on the hairdresser had to remove another lady’s foils and cut her hair and cut another girl’s hair. The tint was left on wayyyyyy too long because of this and now my hair is extremely dry, it really gets me down. I sent a very polite email about how upset I was a week ago and I’ve been ignored. I feel hurt and robbed

Had a blonde balayage on brown hair and Alex got just the colour I wanted and it looks great. She also gave my hair a trim and a lovely voluminous blow dry.
