Clare was really brilliant - helped me to decide on the best option for my cut, and was very patient and thorough - making sure it looked great for my plans later than day.
I don't get my hair cut often, and can be quite indecisive, but she totally understood and helped me to make decisions using her knowledge whilst still helping me feel like they were my choice.
