When I went to Reinvention therapy I went there with the expectations that I would feel less tense in my neck and shoulders, however, after the entire process I'd realised it had surpassed my expectations greatly. My neck had been so stiff and my back so tight and since going to Victoria I can genuinely feel a major difference and most importantly an awareness to the aches and pains that I never knew were there. I am coming again and will 100% recommend to anyone!
