My haircut was great and the hairdresser was nice. There was some confusion over hair length, in that I selected the wrong hair length and was charged far more in the salon than I would have been paying online. I have a bob so selected short hair but the salon claimed it was long and charged a lot more. Worth over estimating hair length as the prices online are much cheaper than in salon!
