Great cuticle work however there was no massage included with my manicure or pedicure which was disappointing given I paid £70. They didn't even soak my nails for the manicure so the cuticle work was a bit painful. I had to ask for lotion to be applied to my feet as the therapist seemed to have forgotten leaving my feet very dry. Although the staff was wearing masks. Another customer getting her nails done had no mask on which was not nice to see.
