I think I got someone else, she didn't look like Gemma. It was great though, she was friendly, chatty and the wax hardly hurt. She missed a small patch at the back of my leg but other than that it was perfect. They do strip wax rather than hot wax, but the wax is still warm and they always use sensitive wax and put cream on after.
