There was a warm, friendly welcome, as soon as I walked in. The lady was very professional and the premises were clean. I had a Brazillian wax and I was made to feel very comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement would be that I was asked remove the wax after the treatment. I think that this should be a part of the service provided.
