It was a great experience: the beautician was very kind, efficient and the procedure beautifully executed. thank you so much!
The massage was fine, but was postponed at short notice. I had booked on a Monday for the following day and had a call 2 hours before the booking to say it couldn't be done on that day. I had to wait 15 minutes for the treatment because the room wasn't free. I ended up with a lot of oil in my hair, not great when I was on my way to a first date!
