I needed a back wax as I was going on holiday and I'm quite body conscious being on the larger size. The girls were really friendly and Rachel was very professional and wasn't phased by the amount of hair I had on my back. She put me at ease straight away was nowhere near as embarrassing as I had imagined. Will defo go back to Relax. (No pun intended)
