Katy is fantastic! The massage is so relaxing I come or feeling a different person. All the little touches make a big difference for example she has a heated blanket and it almost feels like a memory foam topper on the massage bed so it's super comfy! Pressure is perfect too. Couldn't recommend more if I tried!!

It's a shame the welcome from the hair salon staff wasn't great, that put me off a little but Katie is lovely, the room is beautiful and the treatment so lovely and relaxing, I'll be having regular massages here.
Katie was a brilliant water, quick and professional and it was the most pain-free wax I've ever had!
