Katie is such a lovely person, she instantly puts you at ease. She's fantastic at her job, and really professional. Katie always has a warm welcome to her salon and ensures you are relaxed and comfortable. Hollywood waxing can be very unpleasant, but Katie is such a professional and funny too, it's over before you know it.
