Massage was fairly good but I was very disappointed with the actual service.
I was sat on the couch and Beata came over and just looked at me, she didn't even welcome me by my name, I just got up and followed her, I was taken into the room and then just handed a clipboard, nothing was explained or discussed bearing in mind it was my first time there.
She started the massage but didn't even ask me if i was comfortable or whether the pressure was right or anything in fact she didn't say a single word to me throughout or after the massage.
During the massage all I could hear was the staff in the salon laughing and chatting and the phone ringing so this was not a relaxing experience at all.
once it was finished, she just took the money and say "bye", that was it!!
not even how was it, everything ok? nothing
Very disappointing experience and service this is terrible customer service and I would not go again.

Really great oncology massage for cancer patients. I had tense shoulder pain due to surgery, after one session I noticed less stiffness. I will go again, just wish it was closer to home! Beata is very professional
