Mona did an excellent bamboo/deep tissue massage. She used the bamboo carefully but effectively, as well as using her hands for traditional deep tissue. I was having pain and tightness in my lower back and glutes, and she spent a lot of time on thoqse areas, being attentive to my need for deep pressure (including elbows). Very welcoming atmosphere as well. Highly recommend.

The venue is well-connected by public transport with bus stops nearby. It is just a 15-minute walk to Northfield train station. By car you can park in Salisbury's for up to 3 free hours, walk across the main road, I am inside Northfield Trade Centre up stairs.
