After being contacted by text, calls and emails to come to my appointment one hour early, I was left sitting outside the treatment room not sure where the staff were for 15 minutes. The woman then rushed me in, didn't ask or get me to fill in a form about any medical treatment/injuries etc. Told me to get undressed in a room with the biggest window ever with no curtains for modesty, and then rushed the whole massage. Was a horrible, painful experience - and left me in more pain with my bad back than when i arrived. Appointment finished within 45 minutes as someone else was knocking for their appointment which was obviously running late like mine.
