Really pleased with my haircut.. This was my first visit so was a bit apprehensive about trying somewhere new but Michelle was lovely. She's clearly has lots of experience and gave me good suggestions and advice based on my hair and what would suit me.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
The haircut was fine but the mirrors are placed so high I couldn't even see my whole face, nevermind how much she was taking off my hair (and I'm pretty tall) . I probably would have asked for more off if I could have looked at myself properly. Felt like a waste of money because I looked about the same as I went in.
Also was a bit of a weird atmosphere when I walked in. Two staff members were sitting in the chairs and stared at me until I announced myself. Hairdresser was nice and haircut fine.

Great expertise,could see exactly what needed doing when I had no idea. Left with sharper, thicker and healthier looking hair.

Had my hair cut, just a straight cut. Came home and noticed it was 2 cm wonky. Called the salon explaining that I wanted my money back as I wanted it fixed elsewhere. No apology.
Went to the salon and explained, she did offer to rectify it, but I said I preferred the money back and didn’t feel comfortable having her do it.
She gave me massive attitude, spoke down to me and gave me evil eyes as I left the salon. Never received an apology only terrible treatment.
Don’t go there, not worth it!
